What the outbound log shows in your dashboard

Every message you relay through the smarthost is logged and tagged outbound in your MxGuard dashboard, giving you a complete, searchable record of what your server sent.

For each outbound message you can see: - Who sent it (the authenticated account / sender). - When it was submitted. - Who it was addressed to. - Whether it was accepted for delivery.

Why this is useful: - Deliverability troubleshooting — confirm a message actually left your server and was accepted by the relay, narrowing down where a delivery problem lies. - Abuse detection — a sudden spike in outbound volume from one account is an early sign of compromise, visible in the log before you hit the rate limit. - Audit — a record of who sent what, when and to whom.

Because inbound and outbound both appear in the same dashboard, you get one place to see all mail flowing in either direction for the domain.
