Whitelisting a sender so their mail is never filtered

If a genuine correspondent keeps landing in quarantine, don't just release each message — whitelist them so it stops happening.

Two things happen when you trust a sender: 1. You add an allow rule for their address or domain, which guarantees future delivery. 2. Marking a sender as legitimate also grants them a 30-day ham discount in the reputation system, reducing the chance their mail is caught even without an explicit rule.

How to do it: - From the quarantine list or the daily digest, release the message and choose to allow the sender. - Or add an allow rule directly for their-name@their-domain.com, or for the whole their-domain.com if you trust everyone there.

If a wanted sender was rejected rather than quarantined (a hard 550 at SMTP time), there's no message to release — you must add the allow rule proactively so future mail bypasses the check that blocked them.
