UK data sovereignty. MxGuard runs on UK-based infrastructure operated by Transcom, an independent UK ISP trading since 1993. Your messages are not shuttled off to a filtering service in another jurisdiction.

GDPR-aligned handling. Data is held with defined retention (30 days for quarantine by default), audit trails and support for data-subject access requests. Quarantined mail is encrypted at rest.

Your mail is never training data. The AI models make a verdict on your message and move on; your mail is never used to train them.
