The switchboard behind your 25-Line account lets you brand the whole caller experience with your own audio:

• Recordings — upload custom audio for IVR menus, queue announcements and greetings so callers hear your own voice and wording.
• Custom music — upload hold and ring-time audio, from music to marketing messages, played while callers wait in a queue or on hold.

Good audio makes a small team sound like an established operation and keeps callers informed while they wait. These media features are included with the account; you build the IVR/queue logic separately and simply attach the recordings you upload.
