Connecting the 25-Line account to 3CX
3CX treats the 25-Line account as a generic SIP trunk / VoIP provider. When you add the provider, enter the registrar/proxy sip.transcom.net, your account username as the authentication ID, and your account password, using port 5060 (UDP) or 5061 (TLS).
Set the number of simultaneous calls on the trunk to match your twenty-five channels, allocate your DIDs to the trunk, and build inbound rules in 3CX to route each number to the right extension, digital receptionist or ring group. Outbound rules then send calls out over the trunk at FreeVoIP pay-as-you-go rates. As with any PBX, remember that presenting the correct outbound Caller ID is what earns you national rates.
