Topping up your pay-as-you-go balance

Outbound calls to landlines and mobiles draw on a pay-as-you-go balance, with no minimum spend and no line rental. Calls between FreeVoIP accounts are always free and do not touch your balance.

To add credit, sign in to My Account and go to the Top up page (panel.tdesk.uk/voip/topup). Your balance is then used against per-minute call charges and any optional services you have enabled, such as call recording or transcription.

Because there is no contract and no minimum spend, you only ever pay for the calls you actually make. Keep an eye on your balance if you rely on outbound calling, as calls will stop connecting once credit runs out.
