Callback, DISA, call forwarding and SIP URIs

Beyond everyday calling, your account includes several routing features that give you more control over cost and reach:

• Call forwarding redirects incoming calls to a mobile or any other number.
• Callback routes a DID to a callback system, so a call comes back to you — handy for controlling cost when staff are abroad.
• DISA (Direct Inward System Access) lets you dial in to your account and then dial out again, so remote staff can make calls that present your business Caller ID.
• SIP URIs let calls be addressed and routed using SIP addresses rather than only phone numbers.
• Phone book and speed dial give you programmable one-touch dialling.

All of these are part of the switchboard included with your Free SIP Account at no extra cost.
