Managed Email is billed as a single flat subscription — £12/month — with no surprises bolted on. Here's exactly what that covers.

Included in the £12/month:

• The domain name itself, registered and configured for your email.
• 25 mailboxes with unlimited storage — no per-mailbox size charges.
• Full DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration and verification.
• MxGuard AI spam and virus filtering on every message, with per-domain rules.
• Webmail plus IMAP/SMTP access for phones and desktops.
• Encrypted off-site backups with 30-day retention.
• The managed service itself — adding mailboxes, resetting passwords, changing DNS and configuring devices are all requests we handle at no extra charge.

Not metered: there are no per-message, per-gigabyte or per-change fees — the whole point of the flat price is that you can use the service fully without watching a meter.
