Reporting a spam problem or a wrongly-filtered message

MxGuard stops the great majority of spam and viruses before they reach your team, but no filter is perfect in either direction. Because Managed Email supports per-domain rules, telling us about problems is how the filtering gets tuned to your business.

If spam is getting through: forward us an example (ideally with full headers if your app can include them), or just tell us the sender address and roughly when it arrived. We can tighten the per-domain rules so that pattern is caught in future.

If a genuine message was wrongly filtered: tell us the sender's address and roughly when they sent it. We can check whether MxGuard caught it, release it to you, and adjust the rules so future mail from that sender gets through cleanly. This sometimes happens when the sender's own domain has weak authentication or a poor reputation.

The more specific, the faster the fix: a real example message or an exact sender address and time lets us find and address the cause precisely. This kind of tuning is part of the managed service — there's nothing for you to configure yourself.
