What to send us when moving your existing domain across

If you already own a domain and want your Managed Email on it, we handle the migration for you. To make it smooth, here's what helps us and what to expect.

What to tell us:

• The domain you want to use for your email.
• Where the domain is currently registered (which registrar) and where its DNS is managed, if you know — and whether you can give us access or make DNS changes when needed.
• Your current email setup, if any: who currently provides your mail, and whether there are existing mailboxes whose contents you need brought across.
• The mailboxes and addresses you want on the new service.

What we do: point the domain's DNS at the mail service, configure and verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC, create your mailboxes, and coordinate the cut-over so mail keeps flowing. Where there's existing mail to move, we plan the switch to avoid gaps.

A tip: don't cancel your old mail service the moment you switch — leave it briefly until you've confirmed everything is arriving on the new one. We'll advise on timing.
