Requesting a new mailbox for a new team member

Managed Email is fully managed, so creating a mailbox for a new starter is something you ask us to do rather than something you configure yourself. It's quick and included — you have 25 mailboxes to allocate.

What to send us:

• The name the mailbox is for.
• The address you'd like — for example firstname@yourdomain or firstname.lastname@yourdomain. Tell us if you have a house style you want kept consistent.
• Whether you'd like us to set an initial password or you'll provide one, and how you'd like it delivered to the new person securely.

What we do: create the mailbox on your domain, apply the standard MxGuard filtering and correct authentication automatically, and send you the connection settings. If you'd like, we can also help the new starter set the account up on their phone and laptop.
