The domain is included: what that covers
A distinctive part of Managed Email is that the domain name itself is included in the £12/month — there's nothing separate to buy or configure.
Here's what that means in practice. Email on your own domain — you@yourbusiness.co.uk — is what tells customers you're a real, established business rather than someone working from a free webmail address. Normally getting there means registering a domain, then pointing its DNS at a mail service and configuring authentication records. With Managed Email, all of that is bundled:
- The domain is registered for you as part of the plan.
- Its DNS is pointed at the mail service and configured correctly.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up and verified, so your mail authenticates and lands well.
So you get your own branded identity across all 25 mailboxes without touching a registrar, a DNS panel or an authentication record. And if you already own a domain you'd rather keep, we handle migrating it across for you instead — either way, the domain side is taken care of.
