Renewing your Business Email and what happens each year

Business Email is billed as a single yearly subscription at £25/year, which keeps things simple — one payment, once a year, covering the mailbox and everything that comes with it.

What the renewal covers. The yearly price includes the mailbox itself, unlimited storage, full MxGuard antispam and antivirus filtering, webmail and IMAP/SMTP access, and the maintained deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on your chosen domain. There are no separate add-ons to renew and no per-message or per-gigabyte charges.

Keeping it continuous. Your address is the one you hand to customers and print on stationery, so it's worth keeping the subscription running without a gap. We'll let you know ahead of your renewal date.
