Working the review queue

Scores that land between your review and block thresholds do not get an automatic answer — they go to the review queue so a human can look.

In the dashboard, open a queued check to see its score, verdict and reason codes, plus the enriched detail behind each signal. Confirm it as genuine or fraudulent. Two things happen: the signup is resolved, and — importantly — your confirmation becomes a training label. Those labels feed the nightly retraining of your customer-specific model layer, so the queue is both an operational tool and the mechanism that makes Veritus more accurate for your traffic over time.

If your queue is too busy or too quiet, adjust your thresholds accordingly.
