Getting value from your Business onboarding session
Business includes an onboarding session. Come prepared to get the most from it:
- Know your forms — which ones are highest-value and should perhaps run fail-closed, and which are low-risk marketing signups.
- Bring your current pain — the kind of fraud you are seeing (trial abuse, card testing, spam) so thresholds and rules can be tuned to it.
- Have a rollout plan — most sites start in a monitoring posture, watch the feed, then tighten the block threshold once they trust the scores.
The session is also the moment to set up your team's 5 dashboard seats, your webhooks and any initial allow/block rules for known partners.
