How the widget maps your form fields automatically

You do not need to rename anything for the widget to work — it recognises the usual field names out of the box:

• Email — email, mail, e-mail, user_email, useremail, login_email
• Phone — phone, tel, telephone, mobile, mobile_number, phone_number
• Name — name, full_name, fullname, or first_name + last_name
• Address — address1 + city + postcode + country

If your form uses unusual names, or you want to send additional fields to the model, list them with data-extra-fields="company,referral_code". The more relevant fields Veritus sees, the more the cross-consistency and model signals have to work with.
