Inside the address signal: UK PAF-equivalent data and 30+ countries
Address validation confirms that the postal details a user typed actually exist and hang together.
- UK coverage — postcodes are validated against Royal Mail PAF-equivalent data down to premise-level confidence.
- International coverage — more than 30 international postal systems are supported.
- Deliverability scoring — the address is scored for whether mail could realistically be delivered there.
- Region matching — the town, region and postcode are cross-checked for internal consistency.
A well-formed but non-existent address, or a postcode that does not match its stated town, is a classic fraud tell that this signal surfaces.
