How do I set up voicemail-to-email on my 0800 number?

So missed calls to your Freephone number arrive in your inbox as audio:

1. Sign in to My Account and open My VoIP.
2. On the extension or line your 0800/0808 number routes to, enable voicemail.
3. Enter the email address for messages and record a greeting if you'd like.

Unanswered calls now drop to voicemail and the recording is emailed to you automatically, so you can respond from anywhere. You can still dial *97 from a registered handset to listen to messages directly.
