Can I record calls to my 03 number?

Yes. Call recording is built into your FreeVoIP account and applies to calls arriving on your 03 number.

Enable it in My VoIP, and conversations are captured and can be delivered to you by email. You can also turn on automatic call transcription to convert recordings into readable text for quick review.

Recording is useful for training, quality monitoring, order confirmation and resolving disputes on a national contact number. Do make sure you tell callers that calls may be recorded, as good practice and to stay on the right side of data-protection rules.
