How do I get voicemail-to-email on my 03 number?

So missed calls to your 03 number arrive as audio in your inbox:

1. Open My Account → My VoIP.
2. On the extension or line your 03 number routes to, enable voicemail.
3. Enter the email address messages should be sent to, and record a greeting if you'd like.

Any unanswered call now drops to voicemail and the recording is emailed to you automatically, so you can pick up messages from anywhere. You can still dial *97 from a registered handset to listen directly.
