How do I route my 03 number to my mobile?

To have your 03 number ring your mobile:

1. Sign in to My Account and open My VoIP.
2. Find the inbound route for your 03 number.
3. Set the destination to call forwarding and enter your mobile number, or add your mobile as a fallback in a ring group so it rings alongside your desk phone.

You can forward to the mobile all the time, only out of hours, or only when your primary handset doesn't answer. Save the route and the next call to your 03 number will reach your mobile.
