How do I add extra SIP lines for a busier DID?

If your DID is getting more calls than your current lines can carry, add capacity from your account:

1. Sign in to My Account and open My VoIP → Lines.
2. Add an additional SIP line (a free account starts with two).
3. For heavier volumes, move up to the 25-line SIP account at £25/month, which gives 25 concurrent channels plus IVR, queues and routing.

The DID number itself doesn't change — you're just widening the pipe behind it so more calls can be connected at once instead of hitting an engaged tone.
