How do I set up voicemail-to-email on my DID?

Voicemail-to-email means any message left on your DID lands in your inbox as an audio file, so you can hear it wherever you are.

1. Sign in to My Account and open My VoIP.
2. Find the extension or line your DID routes to.
3. Enable voicemail and set the email address messages should be sent to.
4. Optionally record a personal greeting, or use the default.

From then on, unanswered calls to your DID drop to voicemail and the recording is emailed to you automatically. You can still dial *97 from a registered handset to listen to messages directly.
