Failover Routing Keeps Your DID Answering
A DID includes automatic failover so a call is never lost to a dropped connection.
If your primary destination — a softphone or desk phone — doesn't answer or your internet drops, the call automatically rolls to a backup line or straight to your mobile. You set the fallback order, and the platform steps down it until someone picks up or the caller reaches voicemail.
This is real business continuity: a broadband wobble in the office no longer means missed customer calls, because the same DID quietly diverts to a phone that's still connected. Combined with voicemail-to-email as the final catch, nothing slips through.
