Where do I find my EPP password, Account ID and licence key?
Installing the engine on your own Linux server over SSH requires three things: your EPP password, your Account ID and your licence key.
- The EPP password and Account ID are your registry credentials — for Nominet, these come from your registrar (TAG) account, since the engine authenticates to the registry as you.
- The licence key is issued with your one-time purchase of the engine and authorises your copy of the software.
Have all three to hand before you begin the SSH install. If you are catching under your own TAG you settle caught domains with Nominet directly at your own registrar rate; the engine simply acts on your behalf using these credentials.
