How do I add RDHE and set up email on a caught domain?

RDHE (Registration, Hosting and Email) is an optional add-on at £10 + VAT per year that you apply to a domain you have caught.

Once added, the domain gets instant DNS, a holding page and catch-all email. To start using mail you can:

  1. Use webmail — log in through the browser to read and send.
  2. Connect a client — set up IMAP (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing) in your mail app or phone, or
  3. Forward everything — point the catch-all at an existing address so all mail for the domain lands in a mailbox you already use.

Because it is catch-all, you don't need to create individual mailboxes first — any address at the domain is captured from the moment RDHE is active.
