Why was my submission rejected or filtered out?
Free Access only accepts domains that are genuinely in the expired window — that is, actually dropping from Nominet. If you submit a name that is still live, isn't dropping, or isn't a Nominet (.uk/.co.uk/.org.uk/.me.uk) domain, the system filters it out at submission rather than queuing it.
This is by design: it stops you wasting resources on names that can't be caught. If a domain you expected to catch was rejected, check that: - it is one of the supported UK extensions, and - it is actually in its drop window (a name that is renewed at the last minute will drop out of the window).
If a name isn't dropping yet, you can simply resubmit it once it enters the expired window.
