Understanding the CAUGHT-XX cluster identifier

Every successful catch in your results shows a code in the form CAUGHT-XX. This tells you which system cluster in Transcom's infrastructure actually secured the domain for you.

Transcom runs multiple catching clusters against each drop, and the winning create can come from any of them. Surfacing the cluster identifier is a transparency feature — you can see the real engine behind each win rather than just a bare 'success' flag.

For most customers the code is simply reassurance that the catch was genuine and which node landed it. If you catch heavily over time you may notice patterns in which clusters tend to win particular kinds of names, but there is nothing you need to configure — cluster allocation is fully automatic and handled by the platform.
