Choosing which domains to chase under your TAG

Since the engine and settlement are handled for you, your main lever with TAG Owner Access is which names you choose to chase. A few pointers:

1. Work from Nominet's droplist of names heading for release and shortlist the ones worth your registrar-rate settlement.
2. Be realistic about contention — the most fought-over short and premium names may need the extra horsepower of a dedicated server rather than shared TAG-owner catching.
3. Load your shortlist into the web front end and submit early so your targets are queued before the drop.

Good target selection, plus direct settlement at the registrar rate, is what makes the operation pay.
