Switching to TAG Owner Access from owning or per-catch fees

TAG Owner Access is a middle path between buying the engine outright and paying per-catch fees, and it can make sense to switch from either.

• From per-catch fees: you stop paying a marked-up charge for each name and instead pay a flat £89/month plus Nominet's registrar rate, keeping direct settlement and control.
• From owning: if maintaining your own server and keeping the software current has become a burden, moving to a leased, maintained engine takes that work off your plate while you keep catching under your own TAG.
