Getting your TAG ready and connected to the engine

Because you catch under your own TAG, some setup is needed to connect it. In broad terms:

1. Confirm you hold a Nominet IPS TAG and have your registrar credentials to hand.
2. Transcom installs and configures the engine for you and points it at your TAG.
3. You then use the web front end to load domains and submit catches.

As the engine is set up on our side, most of the technical configuration is handled for you — your part is providing the correct TAG and Nominet details. Raise a support ticket to begin onboarding and the team will walk you through exactly what they need.
