What "we install, configure and maintain" means here

With TAG Owner Access, Transcom installs and configures the catching engine for you and keeps it maintained — you bring the TAG, we provide and run the engine.

In practice that means you are not responsible for the moving parts that make catching hard: keeping the software current with Nominet's time-release process, running it on suitable infrastructure, or tuning the multi-socket engine. Those stay on our side. Your job is choosing which domains to chase and settling caught names with Nominet at your registrar rate.

It is a managed catching service wrapped around your own TAG, rather than a piece of software you have to operate.
