Scheduling the nightly Nominet droplist download

The engine bundles a utility that downloads the Nominet droplist. To keep your targets fresh without touching it by hand, run it on a schedule:

1. Confirm the download utility runs correctly when you invoke it manually.
2. Add it to your server's cron so it runs once nightly.
3. Have your process pick up the freshly downloaded list and feed the relevant names into your round-robin flatfile.
