The block-streaming timing algorithm

On top of the multi-socket design, the engine uses a proprietary algorithm that streams EPP writes in blocks to achieve tighter timing.

Rather than emitting create commands one at a time, the algorithm batches writes into blocks and streams them so that attempts cluster precisely around the release moment. For a time-release drop, where the registry opens a name at a scheduled instant, this block-streaming approach concentrates your attempts at the point where they can actually succeed instead of spreading them thinly.

This is the part of the rewrite specifically built for Nominet's September 2022 time-release model, while the engine remains compatible with the older DAC/EPP method.
