Adding more users or devices to your VPN

Your Hybrid VPN runs on a dedicated server with a full Class-C private IP block, so it is designed to carry multiple users and devices rather than a single connection.

To connect additional devices you own, set up the L2TP/IPSEC connection on each one using the same server address, username and password (and pre-shared key) from your provisioning email — see the per-platform connection guides. If you want separate credentials for different people, or need to permit or limit specific users through your ACL list, contact UK support and we will provision the extra accounts and access rules on your server. There is no per-device software to install — everything uses the operating system's built-in VPN client.
