Requesting a vanity server address or ACL changes

Two parts of your Hybrid VPN are yours to customise: your vanity server hostname and your ACL (access control) list.

• Vanity address: tell UK support the memorable hostname you would like to use when connecting, and we will point it at your dedicated server. You can request this when your server is being provisioned or at any time afterwards.
• ACL changes: to permit or restrict specific users or devices, or adjust what connected clients can reach, send the change request to support and we will apply it on your server.
