Your full Class-C private IP block explained

Transcom 28 Sep 2025, 13:38

As well as your own dedicated static IP, a Hybrid VPN account comes with a full Class-C private IP block. A Class-C block is a range of addresses that are yours to use inside your VPN, which means you can give many devices and users their own stable internal addresses rather than sharing one.

This matters if you are building anything more than a single connection: you can address individual machines predictably, apply per-address rules through your ACL list, and run a small private network across multiple sites or users as if they were all on the same LAN. It is the difference between a consumer VPN, where you are one anonymous client among thousands, and having your own private, structured network on a server that belongs to you alone.
