The Windows app: automatic DNS configuration

Alongside the manual DNS method, SmartDNS offers a dedicated Windows application on the Microsoft Store that configures everything for you. Instead of digging through adapter properties and typing DNS addresses by hand, the app applies the correct primary and secondary servers automatically, so getting set up on a Windows PC or laptop is a one-click affair.

You can find it by searching the Microsoft Store, or install it directly from apps.microsoft.com (product 9NJWPBTD2B77). The app is ideal if you would rather not edit network settings manually, or if you switch between networks and want configuration handled for you. A macOS and iOS route is available too, and an Android app is on the way — in the meantime Android is fully supported via manual DNS or Private DNS settings.
