Upgrading or downgrading your plan

All TDesk tiers share the same features — the plan only sets your quotas — so changing tier is about resizing, not migrating.

Upgrading

Upgrade in one click from the panel. The change is prorated immediately, with no migration and no downtime — your sites, mail and data stay exactly where they are; your quotas simply increase.

Which quotas change

Each tier sets caps on disk, domains, mailboxes, databases, subdomains, domain aliases and email aliases. For example, Pro allows 10 domains and 50 mailboxes; Premium allows 30 domains and 150 mailboxes; Enterprise allows 150 domains and 750 mailboxes.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly (yearly gives roughly two months free). There's no contract — you can change or cancel from the panel, and access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
