Raising an invoice and billing a client

TDesk's built-in billing means you can invoice clients without a separate product like WHMCS.

Steps

1. In the panel's billing area, raise an invoice for the client.
2. Add the line items and amounts.
3. Send it — the client can pay by card or PayPal.
4. Mark the invoice paid or unpaid as needed, and generate a PDF copy for your records or theirs.

The bigger picture

Any tier can resell: you create customers with their own logins and quotas, then bill them however you like using this invoicing. The Task Centre will also flag unpaid invoices so nothing slips through.

There's no per-licence fee for billing — it's part of your monthly plan alongside the panel, server and bandwidth.
