Setting up a phone number and SIP line

TDesk includes cloud telephony you set up from the panel.

Choose a number

Pick the type you need:

• UK local number
• FreeFone 0800
• Non-geographic 03

Connect a device

Each number is delivered over SIP lines, which work with softphones, desk phones and PBX systems. Point your chosen device at the SIP line to start taking calls.

Add call handling

From the panel you can set up:

• Voicemail-to-email, so messages arrive as audio in your inbox.
• IVR menus to route callers.
• Ring groups to ring several people at once.
• Call queues for busy periods.

Billing

National and international calls are billed pay-as-you-go, so there's no fixed call bundle to buy up front.
