Cloud phone numbers and SIP lines: VoIP built into the panel

TDesk isn't only web and mail — it also includes cloud telephony you manage from the same panel.

Numbers you can get

• UK local numbers
• FreeFone 0800 numbers
• Non-geographic 03 numbers

SIP lines

Each number is backed by SIP lines that work with softphones, desk phones and PBX systems, so you can take calls on whatever hardware or app you already use.

Call handling features

• Voicemail-to-email — voicemails arrive in your inbox as audio.
• IVR menus ("press 1 for sales…").
• Ring groups so a call rings several people at once.
• Call queues for busy lines.

Billing

International and national calling is charged pay-as-you-go, so you only pay for what you use. It's all provisioned and managed inside the panel rather than through a separate telephony provider.
