Verify cache stuck on stale negative result

Recipient verification returns "user unknown" even after the backend was fixed. Mail keeps getting rejected for ~12 hours before clearing.

Manual cache flush: rm /var/lib/postfix/verify_cache* and reload postfix. Default cache TTL was too long for our dev cycle.
