How do I temporarily remove or disable the widget?

Because the Chat Widget is added with a single line of code on your site, removing it is just as simple as adding it: delete (or comment out) the one-line snippet from your page, save and publish, and the chat bubble will no longer appear.

To put it back later, paste the snippet in again before the closing body tag. If you'd rather keep the widget in place but need help managing when and how you answer, contact our support team and we'll talk you through the options.
