The chat bubble isn't showing on my site — what should I check?

The Chat Widget is added with a single line of code that should be pasted into your page before the closing body tag. If the bubble isn't appearing, check the following:

• The snippet was pasted exactly as provided, with nothing missing or altered.
• It's placed just before the </body> tag, not inside another script or comment.
• On WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Squarespace, make sure you added it in the correct place for custom code and that the change was saved and published.
• Clear your cache (and any site/caching plugin) and reload the page.

Because the widget loads asynchronously it can take a moment to appear. If you're still stuck, contact our support team and we'll help you get it live.
