How do I reply to a visitor's chat?

When a visitor starts chatting, the conversation appears in your TDesk inbox and you're notified by email so you know someone's waiting. Open the conversation in your inbox, type your reply and send it — the visitor sees your message instantly.

You can do this from any device, so you're not tied to a desk. There's nothing to install to reply; everything happens in TDesk, and the whole conversation history stays in the inbox for you and your team to refer back to.
