The visitor's side: instant, friendly messaging

From your visitor's point of view the Chat Widget is deliberately simple. A friendly chat bubble appears in the corner of your site; they click it, type a message and start talking to you straight away. When you reply from your TDesk inbox, your message appears to them instantly — it's a real-time conversation, not a form that disappears into a black hole.

You can set your own greeting and brand colour so the widget feels like part of your site rather than a bolt-on, and because it loads asynchronously it appears without getting in the way of your pages loading.
