How is billing handled, and how do I cancel?

Managed Hosting is a single, predictable monthly bill of £15.99 + VAT. That one price covers the fully managed hosting, unlimited resources within fair use, an included domain, email accounts, SSL, AI spam filtering, fraud screening and encrypted off-site backups — so a busy month won't push you into an upgrade or land you an overage charge.

If you have a question about your invoice, VAT, payment method, or you'd like to make changes to or cancel your plan, just contact our support team and we'll help. As with everything on the plan, there's no panel to navigate — you deal with people.
