Three authoritative nameservers keep you online
Your domain's DNS — the system that turns your web address into a location visitors can reach — is served from three authoritative nameservers on Transcom's infrastructure. Running multiple nameservers means there's no single point of failure in resolving your domain: if one is unavailable, the others answer, so your site and email keep working.
All of this is configured and maintained by us as part of the managed service. You don't run nameservers, edit zone files or worry about propagation — you just get reliable, resilient DNS behind your site.
