Adding, changing and billing MxGuard Extras

How are Extras billed? All three add-ons are billed monthly, ex-VAT. Mailbox packs appear on the same invoice as the domain.

When does extended retention take effect? The retention window adjusts from the next billing cycle after you enable it. Existing scoring and delivery are unchanged — only how long held messages are kept.

How many white-label fees will I pay? Just one. The £29.99/month White-Label fee is a single flat fee covering your whole account, no matter how many customer domains you run under your brand.

Working out mailbox packs: take your total addresses on the domain, subtract the 25 included, and divide the remainder by 25 (rounding up) — that's the number of packs. For example, 100 mailboxes = base 25 + three packs of 25.
